Job description

  • BDM (Business Development Manager -IT Domain) with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a focus on organization, and enhanced multitasking abilities.
  • Must have knowledge of Up work, Basecamp, Google sheets/doc, Skype, Zoom, Slack, Google chat, Hangout, Hubspot, and Google calendar.
  • Experience of working on Up work, Conversation with clients over calls/chats, and fetching the right information before the conversation starts so your pre-call research work should be exceptional.
  • Good Exposure of converting Web, Mobile, MERN, MEAN Candidates must have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to generate business via channels like Upwork, Clutch, Linkedin, and Email Marketing.
  • You are responsible for acquiring new clients and figuring out emerging opportunities in the global market.
  • Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, talking with clients, and closure should be your bread and butter.
