HR Executive

Experience:  1 to 3 years Location: Noida Experience:  MBA

Role and Responsibilities:

 Assist in all recruitment activities

 Ensure all personnel files are complete and up-to-date

 Ensure that all the personnel files contain the employees signed and accepted appointment letter, resume, reference letter,

 pre-employment medical check- up, performance appraisal document, authorized and approved change of status form and disciplinary action, if any

 Collate employee attendance records and provide the information to accounts for payroll processing

 Prepare letters of appointment, confirmation, promotion or termination as per the instructions

 Issue locker keys to the new recruits and conduct surprise check on staff lockers

Other Requirements:

 Ability to lead the team and handle pressure and demands.

 Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends.

Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.

Strong verbal and written communication and inter personal skills.

 An effective team player with good leading capabilities.

 Highly organized and detail-oriented.
